Obituary

Tod L. Whitcomb 58, of Medway, died suddenly Tuesday November 1, 2016 at Milford Regional Medical Center, shortly after his arrival, following being stricken ill at home. He was the beloved husband of Cheryl Tonra-Whitcomb, with whom he shared 31 years of marriage.

Born in Framingham, on July 8, 1958 a son of Dorothy (Mack) Staffier of Medway and the late Kenneth A. Whitcomb, Jr., he was a longtime Medway resident.

He was raised and educated in Medway, and was a 1976 graduate of Medway High School. Tod worked as a Class A Prototype Microwave Machinist for Microwave Components & Systems, Inc. and Lentros Engineering for 40 years.

Tod treasured spending time with his family, watching the New England Patriots and fishing.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a son Ty Wallace Whitcomb of Medway, a brother Mark A. Whitcomb of Attleboro and a sister Penny Staffier of Rhode Island.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours Saturday Nov. 5th, from 2-4PM at the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St.

His services & interment will be held privately.
