Obituary

Miss Rosemarie Hoar 82, of Franklin, died Monday September 3, 2007 at Milford Regional Medical Center, following a short illness.
Born in Norfolk, August 8, 1925 a daughter of the late John and Catherine (Gately) Hoar she lived in Franklin for most of her life.
She was educated in Norfolk and Walpole schools, and until her retirement many years ago, worked as a telephone operator for the former New England Telephone Company.
She was a member of the Franklin Senior Citizens, the Telephone pioneers of America, and a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Franklin.
She is survived by two brothers, Ralph Hoar of Franklin and Thomas Hoar of Baltimore, MD, a sister Mildred Bonifazi of Franklin and several generational nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Mary Levasseur and Lawrence Hoar.
A private family graveside service will be held at the family lot in St. Mary's Cemetery in Franklin.
There are no public calling hours.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St.
