Obituary

Robert (Bob) Fischer 75, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2023. He was long time resident of Bellingham, Clinton, and Franklin. He was husband to the late Janet J. LeClair.

Bob was born in Brooklyn, NY April 11, 1948 to William and Agnes (Westrick) Fischer and grew up in Westbury, NY where he graduated high school in 1966 and enlisted into the U.S. Coast Guard.

He is survived by his son William Fischer and his wife Heather of Rutland, MA, a daughter Sara Parmenter and her husband William of Franklin and his grandchildren, Cameron Fischer of Spencer, Dylan and Joshua Parmenter of Franklin.

Bob is also survived by his three sisters Diane Kiernan and her husband Daniel of West Babylon, NY, Margaret Januszkiewicz and her husband Kazimierz of Ridge, NY and Donna Murphy and her husband Douglas of Hollyridge, NC and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours Friday May 19th, in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 5-7PM.

His funeral service and interment at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, will be held privately.
