Obituary

Rob J. Fontenarosa 45 of Franklin died peacefully Thursday June 15, 2017 fighting a long-term disease that ultimately took his life at UMASS Worcester Hospital.

Born February 16, 1972, a son of Laura Fontenarosa and the late James W. Fontenarosa of Franklin. Rob was an avid motor head, whose hobby was to build his 1969 Fastback Mustang. He was also a passionate and very artistic carpenter and gifted cook.

Survived by his five children, Mollie A. Fontenarosa of Medway, Michael A. Fontenarosa of Franklin, Amanda R. Fontenarosa of Franklin, Victoria A Fontenarosa of Fitchburg and Laurel M. Fontenarosa of Franklin. Some of their blessed memories include cook outs, beach days and fishing as a family.

Also surviving is his first grandson Leon Dias, his five sisters, Jan of Pascoag RI, Laura of Bellingham MA, Julie of Pascoag RI, Lynn of Merrimack NH and Jill of Dublin CA. His three brothers, Scott of Garland TX, James of Garland TX and Jay of Franklin MA. As well as, uncounted sister and brother in-laws and nieces and nephews.

Rob J. Fontenarosa has now joined his late beloved wife of 20 years Angie B. Fontenarosa. They together leave behind many cherishable and humorous moments that leave their family and friends everlasting memories.
