Raymond H. Mullaney

Raymond H Mullaney, lifelong resident of Norfolk, passed away on May 6,2026 at the age of 85.

He was born on April 3, 1941 to the late William F and Imelda (Dube) Mullaney.

Raymond was a kind, fun-loving, hard working man who would do anything for his friends and family. He retired after working many years for the Town of Norfolk DPW. He was also a 25+ year member of the Bellingham Sportsman Club. He loved trains, being outdoors and he was a true “American Picker”.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jacqueline (Luippold) Mullaney, his son Raymond, his daughter in-law MaryEllen, his brothers Robert, Norman, Charles and Kenneth as well as two nephews and many friends.

He is survived by his daughter Charlotte Mullaney of Westford, MA, daughter Karen (Mullaney) Peterson and husband John of Franklin, MA and his partner Dale Duffy of Shrewsbury, MA. Also his brothers Bernard and Edward and his sisters Mary, Ellie, Carol and Kathy along with many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grand nephews.

He was most happy when he was spending time with his grandchildren: joking around with Patrick Peterson, singing with Alyssa Peterson and playing with the dogs with Katie (Mullaney) Lafleche.

He will be greatly missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 30th from 2:00 - 5:00 pm at the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage Street, Franklin, MA.
