Obituary

Michelle Hirsch, age 44 of Franklin, MA, passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2025.

A devoted wife and loving mother, Michelle Hirsch was the heart of her family. Born on September 25, 1980 in Norwood, MA, to Mary and Stephen Ridge, she grew up with an adventurous spirit and a kind heart that touched everyone she met.

After graduating from Northeastern University, she lived in San Diego and New York City, before returning home to Massachusetts to be close to her family and friends. She loved the beach (not the sand), to travel, and her favorite vacation destination was Aruba.

She married the love of her life, Stephen Hirsch on September 6, 2008 and together they created a beautiful family. Her greatest joy was being a mother to her two young children, Jackson and Chase Hirsch. She filled their lives with laughter, adventures, and endless love. Her home was always open to friends and family.

She will be profoundly missed by her husband, children, father, her sister, nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, her entire family, and many friends.

A celebration of her life will be held at the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. on Friday September 5th, from 4-7PM.
