Obituary

Matthew P. Alston 21, of Franklin, died suddenly Sunday February 6, 2011 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester.
Born in Middlesex, England May 30, 1989 a son of Dominic J. and Alyson J. (Deakin) Alston of Franklin, he came to America 10 years ago, and is a 2007 graduate of Franklin High School.
He had been employed as the assistant manager of the Tedeschi Food Shop on Union St. in Franklin.
Surviving in addition to his father and mother are 2 sisters; Katie Alston of Norwood, Charlotte Evans and her husband Richard of Hook, England, his paternal grandparents Maurice and Patricia Alston of Warfield, England, and his maternal grandmother Pamela Deakin of Bradford, England.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service Friday February 11th, at 12Noon in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Franklin, www.oterifuneralhome.com, Rev. Jack Potter, rector of the Anglican Church of the Redeemer in Franklin, will officiate. His interment will be private.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 11AM-12noon.
