Obituary

Margaret H. "Peggy" (Silve) Black 60, of Franklin, died peacefully, Thursday April 2, 2020 in her home, with family at her side, following an illness.

Born January 2, 1960 in Boston, a daughter of Mary A. (Cronin) Silve of Norfolk and the late Joseph M. Silve, she was a longtime resident of Franklin.

She was raised and educated in Franklin, was a graduate of Franklin High School and worked as a executive assistant for Siemans Health in Walpole.

Margaret was devoted to her family and friends. She enjoyed reading and going to the beach.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughters, Arielle N. Black of Boston, Christina C. Black of Brooklyn, New York, a brother Jerry P. Silvi of Franklin, sisters, Donna M. Silvi of Bellingham and JoAnne Gillis of Pennsylvania.

She was the sister of the late Sharon A. Silvi.

Also surviving a cherished grandchild, Augistine Edirisinghe.

A private service will be held at a later date.
