Obituary

Marcella L. (Blair) Kutil, 76, of Franklin, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007, at Medway Country Manor Nursing Home following a long illness.

She was the wife of Joseph J. Kutil Jr. for 54 years.

Born in Springfield, a daughter of the late Frederick and Louise (Stent) Blair, she had lived in Franklin since 1961. Raised and educated in Springfield, she was a retired homemaker.

Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Joseph J. Kutil III of Franklin; three daughters, Ann L. Travers of Ashland, Linda K. Foss of Bellingham and Ellen C. Castagnaro of Alton Bay, N.H.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral will take place Monday, Aug. 13, at 8:15 a.m., from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home (franklinfuneral.com), 33 Cottage St.

Burial will be private.

Calling hours will be Sunday, Aug. 12, from 2 to 6 p.m.
