Obituary

Lenore E. "Betty" (Austin) Williams, 75, of Randolph, and a former longtime Franklin resident, died Friday, February 6, 2009 at Caritas Carney Hospital in Dorchester following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Raymond H. Williams.

Born in Franklin, February 8, 1933, a daughter of the late Harold F. and Agnes (Woodman) Austin, Mrs. Williams was a retired certified nurse assistant who worked at Marian Manor Nursing Home in S. Boston. She also worked for a time as a receptionist at NE Baptist Hospital in Boston.

In addition to family her interests included reading, yard sales and old movies.

She is survived by 3 sons: Raymond H. Jr. of Cambridge, Joseph T. of Woburn, Michael L. of Randolph, a daughter: Carol A. Wojcik of Burlington, a sister: Carol M. Kinlin of Norfolk, 14 grandchildren including Sabrina Williams of Randolph and Tanya Wojcik of Woburn, and several great grandchildren.

She was the sister of the late Lois Wilson, Joseph F. and Donald F. "Hoppy" Austin.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 8:15a.m. from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage Street, www.franklinfuneral.com with a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church at 9:00a.m. Interment is private.
