Obituary

FRANKLIN—Kevin R. O'Brien 77, of Franklin, died Friday December 24, 2010 at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, New Hampshire. He was the husband of the late Maureen C. (Forde) O'Brien who died this past July.
Born in New York City, April 12, 1933 a son of the late Duncan T. & Margaret (Doherty) O'Brien he had been a resident of Franklin since 1972.
Mr. O'Brien was raised and educated in New York & until his retirement, he worked as a salesman for Regis Associates, a company that specializes in store fixtures, and design.
He was a Life member and past President of the Franklin Lions Club, a member of the Sacred Heart Council Knights of Columbus in Franklin, & a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus in Ohio and was a member of the Institute of Store Planners. He was also an avid reader.
He is survived by 3 daughters; Kathleen Medrek of New Hampshire, Eileen Carr of Waltham, and Maureen T. O'Brien of Franklin & 3 grandchildren.
He is the brother of the late Duncan O'Brien Jr. & Donald O'Brien.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Wednesday December 29th, at 9:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Franklin, (www.oterifuneralhome.com), with a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church 1 Church Sq. at 10AM.
Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
