Obituary

Kathy Heylin, 76 of North Attleboro, Massachusetts passed away February 19th, 2026.

Kathy was known for her witty nature and ability to make people laugh even at some of the most difficult times in life. She enjoyed simple things such as working in her yard in her younger years to coloring and listening to audio books later in life. She got hooked on watching the Patriots and Celtics and would always tell you of her love of Derrick White. But even Derrick didn't compare to the love she had for her grandchildren.

Kathy was a longtime employee of LG Balfour Company, but truly found her calling when she changed careers to become a para professional for the North Attleboro elementary schools. She took such pride in helping many children who were struggling to learn.

Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was predeceased by her beloved husband David Heylin, sister Donna (Paton) Richards, and her parents Joe and Rita Paton. She is survived by her daughter Shelley (Stack) Bokelman and son-in-law Mike Bokelman and her grandchildren Nick Bokelman, Lily Bokelman and Thomas Tilton-Heylin and brother-in- law Billy Richards.

A Celebration of Kathy's life will be scheduled in the future.
