Obituary

Katherine M. (Shepherd) Harden-Peciaro 75, of Franklin, died Tuesday February 17, 2009 at the Milford regional Medical Center, where she had been a patient for 1 week. She was the wife of the late Albert D. Peciaro who died in 2000, and Herbert G. Harden who died in 1984.
Born in Melrose, May 8, 1933 a daughter of the late James W. and Alice (Marcoux) Shepherd, she lived in Franklin since 1964.
Mrs. Peciaro was a retired homemaker and enjoyed gardening, cleaning, and will be long remembered as a kind and caring person.
She is survived by a son Michael Harden of Milford, four daughters Donna Field and Wanda Harden of Franklin, Debra DiGenni of Blackstone, Linda Cormier of Bellingham, a brother James Shepherd of Georgetown and a sister Bonnie Ceglio of California, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Friday February 20, at 8:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral home 33 Cottage St. Franklin (www.franklinfuneral.com), with a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church 1 Church Sq., at 9AM.
Interment will follow in the family lot at Union Street Cemetery, Franklin.
