Obituary

Jeanne L. (Richards) Laliberte 87, of Worcester, died Saturday September 22, 2018 at the Blaire House of Worcester, following a long illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald C. Laliberte, who died in 2011.

Born August 13, 1931 in Franklin, a daughter of the late Charles and Ida (Demers) Richards, she was a longtime Franklin resident, before moving to Worcester several years ago.

Jeanne was raised and educated in Franklin, and was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, decorative painting and antiques.

She is survived by her children, David A. Laliberte and his wife JoAnn of Franklin, Pamela J. Smith and her husband Patrick of Rutland, Diane L. Wicknick and her husband Scott of Tennessee, a sister Theresa Borruso and her husband Matt of Franklin, 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She was the sister of the late Armand Richards, Lillian Garneau, Marguerite McWilliams and Claire St. Germain.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Wednesday Sept. 26th, at 10AM in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St.

Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.

A calling hour will be held from 9-10AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association 480 Pleasant St. Watertown, MA 02472.
