Obituary

Hazel S. Witzel, 84, passed away on Friday, October 8th, surrounded by her loving family.

Hazel was born in May, 1937, to Ralph and Vivian(Gully) Spuehler. Hazel graduated from Harrison HIgh School where she met and married her high school sweetheart George.

Hazel's greatest joy in life was her family. She will be missed for many reasons but especially her outgoing personality, her signature laugh, her love of popcorn and Sal's Pizza, and her thrill of Rye Playland's roller coaster ride.

Hazel leaves behind her three daughters Linda, Dawn, Candee, and their husbands, five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren, her brother Ralph and his wife Sarah, and their children.

Arrangements for a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
