Obituary

Mrs. Evelyn M. (Mooney) Pyne of Franklin, died Sunday October 28, 2007 at the Medway Country Manor Nursing Home, following a long illness. She was the wife of Robert J. Pyne, and also the wife of the late Robert McDermott.
Born in Boston, a daughter of the late Thomas A. and Florence (Gunning) Mooney, she lived in Franklin since 1963.
She was educated in Boston schools, and was a retired homemaker.
She was a member of the Franklin Senior citizens, the American Association of Retired Persons and was a communicant of St. Mary's Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter, Patricia A. McDermott of East Bridgewater, a sister Ruth Dacey of Farmington, Connecticut, 1 granddaughter Kerry Andrews of North Attleboro and 1 great grandchild.
She was the sister of the late Isabel Schmid.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Friday November 2, 2007 at 10:45AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. (www.franklinfuneral.com) with a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church 1 Church Sq. at 11AM. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
A visitation period will be held on Friday November 2, 2007 prior to the funeral Mass from 9-10:30AM at the funeral home.
