Elizabeth J. "Bette" Picard

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband, Edward, parents, Carlo & Dolly Pasquantonio, sisters, Pauline (Bob) Mucciarone, Carol (Byron) Swain & a brother John Pasquantonio. She is survived by her children, Edward (Diane) Picard, Donna (John) Geary, Karen (Kevin) Murphy, Richard (Trisha) Picard, Fifteen grandchildren & nineteen great-grandchildren. And she had a special place in her heart for all of her nieces & nephews.

Bette graduated from Franklin High School & Burdett College in Boston.

Ed & Bette spent several years in Califomia before returning to their families in Franklin. Bette worked at Kennedy School for over 20 years where she formed everlasting friendships. But, retirement was not for her, she went on to work at Forge Hill Assisted Living until the age of 80!

Bette was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother & friend to so many. She lived life to the fullest and will forever be in our hearts!

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass Friday July 18th, at St. Mary's Church, 1 Church Square Franklin at 10AM.

Burial will follow at the parish cemetery.

Calling hours are Thursday July 17th, in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 4-7PM.
