Obituary
Elaine (Santos) Moynihan 83, of Franklin, and a former resident of New Bedford, passed away peacefully, Monday October 10, 2022 at Cedarwood Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation center in Franklin, following an illness. She was the wife of the late Francis Moynihan.
Services will be held privately.
The Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. is honored to assist the Moynihan family.
