Obituary

David M. Sutcliffe 72, of Wrentham, passed away peacefully, at the log home he built with the help of many friends, Wednesday December 25th, Christmas night, following an illness. He was married to Gayle S. D'Amelio for 51 years.

Besides his wife, he leaves a son Erik Sutcliffe and his wife Jennifer and grandson David and his daughter Kristen Zanders and her husband Ronald and granddaughters Lauren and Alison.

He was the brother of Susan Stewart and Scott Sutcliffe.

David was a certified financial planner by profession, enjoying teaching and research.

He was a guitarist, runner and enjoyed the peace of nature.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours Sunday Dec. 29th, in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 12-3PM.

His interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be may to a charity of one's choice.
