Obituary

Concetta M. (Saporito) DiRosario 89, of Wrentham, and a former longtime Franklin resident, died Wednesday June 2, 2010 at the Maples Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wrentham, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Anthony DiRosario, who died in 1970.
Born in Woonsocket, February 7, 1921 a daughter of the late Pietro & Phillippa (Minespera) Saporito, she was raised and educated in Woonsocket, and lived most of her life in Franklin, until moving to Wrentham several years ago.
She was a retired homemaker and enjoyed time spent with family, cooking and Bingo.
She is survived by 2 sons; Michael A. and Joseph J. DiRosario of Franklin, a daughter; Donna M. DiRosario of Norfolk, a brother; Sam Saporito, 3 sisters; Phyllis Khawani & Frances Fazzio all of Woonsocket, and Mary Caron of Florida. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Monday June 7th, at 9:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. www.franklinfuneral.com, with a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church 1 Church Sq., at 10AM.
Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
