Obituary

Claire V. (Gallagher) Quinn 83, of Mansfield, and a former longtime resident of Franklin, died peacefully Wednesday February 8, 2012 at The Village at Willow Crossings, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Quinn who died in 1997.
Born January 2, 1929 in Norwood, a daughter of the late Joseph M. and Ella M. (Clement) Gallagher, she had been a resident of Franklin since 1953, before moving to Mansfield a year ago.
Claire was raised and educated in Walpole, and until her retirement several years ago worked as a secretary for the Foxboro Company.
Mrs. Quinn along with her late husband were longtime summer residents of Dennisport, on Cape Cod where they entertained their numerous friends, and created lasting memories.
She is survived by her son, Mark S. Quinn and his wife Michelle of Plymouth and her two grandchildren; Kathleen and Michael.
She is the sister of the late Lois Gallagher.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Monday February 13th, at 9:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. www.oterifuneralhome.com, with a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church 1 Church Sq. Franklin at 10AM.
Following cremation, burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.
Calling hours are Sunday from 2-5PM.
