Obituary

Charlene C. Stone 57, a former longtime Franklin resident, died Sunday February 1, 2009 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Center, following a long illness.
Born in Milford, August 12, 1951 a daughter of the late James F. Stone Sr. and Pearl (Vaughn) Stone, she was raised and educated in Franklin and was a 1970 graduate of Franklin High School.
Miss Stone was a retired nurses aid who worked at the former Medfield State Hospital and at several Florida nursing homes.
She was a member of the Red Hat Society, the Massachusetts Club in Florida.
She is survived by two brothers James F. Stone Jr. and his wife Kathy of New Port Richey, Fl., Lee A. Stone and his wife Mary of Wrentham, 4 nephews, 2 grandnieces and 1 grandnephew.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Friday February 6, at 11AM in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. (www.franklinfuneral.com).
Interment will follow in Union Street Cemetery.
