Obituary

Carolyn Loeb (Scherz) Cohen passed away peacefully on November 20th, 2023, at Countryside Nursing Home in Milford Ma.

She is survived by her children, Rhonda Cohen of Bellingham Ma, Lori Beth Towne and her husband Jerry Sawyer of Bellingham Ma, Rachelle Molloy and her husband Peter of Franklin Ma. and her 3 beloved grandsons David Towne, Brian Molloy and Samuel Molloy who meant the world to her.

Her family and religion were very important to her, she volunteered and worked for many years at Temple Sinai in Cranston RI. She worked the night shift at Stop & Shop as a cashier up until her retirement.

She was very active at Countryside and enjoyed Bingo, LCR and doing crafts with her friends.

The graveside service will be held at Sharon Memorial Park on Sunday, November 26 at 10:45am. Shiva will be held immediately after the funeral, with a minyan service at 7:30 p.m. at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Rachelle and Peter Molloy, 425 Paula Lane, Franklin.
