Obituary

Anne L. (Little) Dole 84, a former longtime Franklin resident, died Saturday September 3, 2011 at the Carlyle House in Framingham, following an extended period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Dole, Jr. for 48 years, until his passing in 2007.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland November 19, 1926 a daughter of the late Edward G. and Jessie (Starr) Little, she was raised and educated in Westminster, Maryland. She was a retired homemaker.
Mrs. Dole was a former member of the Alden Club, Medway Eastern Star, and a former member of the Medway Community Church.
She is survived by 2 daughters; Janet D. Tsiknias of South Carolina, and Gloria A. Amirault of Lexington, MA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
She is the sister of the late Henrietta Foutz and Ruth Maus, and is the grandmother of the late Christopher Amirault.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Wednesday September 7th, at 11AM in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. FRANKLIN, www.oterifuneralhome.com, Rev. Dana Allen Walsh; associate minister of the Hancock United Church of Christ in Lexington will officiate. Interment will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 1PM.
