Obituary

Anne E. "Betty" (Cashman) Wagner 96, of Franklin, died peacefully, at home surrounded by her family on Monday Nov. 19, 2012. She was the wife of the late Thomas A. Wagner who died in 1999.
Born in Providence, RI, December 1, 1915 a daughter of the late John F. and Maybelle (Drew) Cashman, she was raised and educated in Providence, and was a 1937 graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
Betty was a retired teacher who taught scores of children in North Kingstown.
She loved golf, crossword puzzles, and family gatherings.
She is survived by 2 sons, Thomas A. Wagner and his wife Paula of Franklin, Stephen K. Wagner and his wife Charlotte of Needham, a daughter Nancy D. Blanchard of Doylestown, PA, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass Friday December 7th, at 10AM in the church of St. Francis de Sales 381 School St. North Kingstown, RI. Interment will follow in Quidnessett Cemetery.
There are no calling hours.
