Obituary

Anna (Carlucci) Pinelli 86, a longtime Franklin resident, passed away, peacefully Thursday April 4, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Emilio D. Pinelli, with whom she shared 63 years of marriage.

Born in Santa Maria del Molise, Italy June 14, 1937, a daughter of the late Antonio and Addolorata Carlucci, she was raised and educated in Italy and came to America aboard the Andrea Doria in 1954, and settled in Franklin.

Along with being a devoted wife and mother, she worked for over 20 years as an assembler for Corning Medical in Medfield.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Gianni Pinelli and his wife Susan of Millis, a grandson Jonathan Pinelli of Millis, 2 sisters, Dominica Evangelista of Westborough, Olga Mucciarone of Franklin, a brother Gino Carlucci and his wife Karen of Stoughton, and her sister-in-law Rose Carlucci of Franklin, and many nieces and nephews.

She is also the sister of the late Rudolph Carlucci.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Wednesday, April 10th, at 9:00 AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage Street, with a Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, One Church Square, Franklin at 10:00 AM.

Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.

Calling hours are Tuesday, April 9th from 4-7 PM.
